Customer Reviews Not sure why
by Squirrlybird30 My iPhone5 heats up to alarming tempuratures when using RISE and having my phone plugged in. Its the only time my phone heats up...ever. This morning my phone actually warned me that it was so hot and gave me the option to make an emergency call. I contacted the app developer and have yet to hear back about this matter...
Nice minimalist, basic design but an alarm app should do two simple things: •WORK once its set.
•FUNCTION without damaging or overheating your phone.
Anyone know of an alarm app that is reliable, regardless of being kept as the "active" app or last opened app?!? Seems simple enough that an alarm app should work no matter what as ling as the phone is on or plugged in.

Broken for now
by squorch2 The best design in the world doesn't matter if the alarm fails to sound when you need it to. For the last two versions Rise consistently fails to work.
Unreliable
by iJosh On multiple occasions I have set this alarm to wake me up with Do Not Disturb turned on or the phone on vibrate and it does not go off. I have read the instructions and FAQ's and did everything it said to do but the directions are too complicated and I end up using my old digital alarm clock instead.
