[美食介紹] Bread Garlic Toast

1/  French Stick or other bread公仔箱論壇+ G) p% d3 V# n* I
2/  Margarine or butter - 1/4 cup  V4 E; S- u0 a5 w; ]6 N) ?& V
3/  Fresh Garlic - 2 Tbsps
4/  Oil - 2 tbsps

Method:公仔箱論壇4 n1 \  s( b. L) ~! S% K

Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

1/ 8 pieces chicken breast halves or chicken pieces

MARINADE:
1/4 c. lemon juice公仔箱論壇7 _" `4 S3 m' n! E/ f% W' h! e$ i
1/4 c. white wine
4 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp. dried rosemary. V/ h1 s! x" }% h4 ^4 r4 e; \; \, S: g
2 Tbsps butter (pat over chicken before oven)tvboxnow.com: T7 `! P6 B" @: \+ w3 S9 H
Freshly ground black pepper

Method:
Skin the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.

i tried this be4, so tasted~and easy to make...better than the one serves in the restaurant..haha
