I tried to drag the file to the stream box ripper, but it popped up with an error message saying unkown file format.8 u$ v9 ?- D8 U

Pls teach me newbie here!! When I drag my rm file to it, it already said Error opening file la bor. Why ar? I double checked my version of realplayer and it didn't really say version 10, how can I tell ar? Pls help! I've been using EO, but the wait is way too long la, I want to try this.[-O<
