雲吞 is easy, only shrimp and porks.
' U- Y; g) K" Y, s6 YBroth is hard , they all try to cut corner. Where is the taste, they should use pork bone/chicken bone, dried fish ,shrimp shell and young chive etc. Buy they used MSG instead.
