雲吞麵 is the best noodle in the world.(Canton style), b/ N* u4 ~7 K- |- V
Traditional way of making noodle is impossible in Toronto.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 ]0 p3 e  H* k- V; O1 L& g
雲吞 is easy, only shrimp and porks.
$ x/ X. J/ N7 y3 MBroth is hard , they all try to cut corner. Where is the taste, they should use pork bone/chicken bone, dried fish ,shrimp shell and young chive etc. Buy they used MSG instead.
