File only download 99.8%!!!NEED HELP!

I got this problem...the file only download to 99.8%, and it stops!!Please help me!!and the bt torrent starting not to download as fast anymore...and it stops very often...and only up to 99.8%, please help desperately

你是否經常遇到電影下載到了99.9%而不能及時觀看而煩惱啊？？TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。& [4 M0 l4 p: z9 _; J% H- z
別怕，有了此招，以後就不用愁了：）
記住，只有電影方可用此招，如果是其他檔，不敢保證是否有效，後果自負
在一個電影下載到99.9％的時候，你見它不下載了，現在可以在“迅雷”中刪除這個電影任務（切記，只刪除任務，別把檔也一起刪除了）
然後，到你的下載目錄中，找到這個檔，這是，你看到你的電影後面有“.td”，和“.td.cfg”這兩個檔,你可以放心的將尾碼為“.td.cfg”的檔刪除
然後將另一個“.td”的這個檔，就是你的電影檔啦，可以將“.td”這個尾碼去掉之後方可觀看此電影
