BitComet 0.99 BT設定 and Delete CM

can anybody teach me how to 設定 0.99 bitcomet, because it's so slow and how can i remove CM...
+ I! q1 f2 w7 E# {; ~! Dalso speed limit, it has to set to 10 at least.. ~!!!

0.98用得很好，不考虑升级

bitcomet0.7以上的版本都不好撒tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* h- l* o% O0 v; `% Q
特别是拿来做种。。。。。
