BitComet 0.99 BT設定 and Delete CM

can anybody teach me how to 設定 0.99 bitcomet, because it's so slow and how can i remove CM...公仔箱論壇  U3 g, g, u0 {( q. N8 W
also speed limit, it has to set to 10 at least.. ~!!!

0.98用得很好，不考虑升级

bitcomet0.7以上的版本都不好撒公仔箱論壇5 ?8 q1 N  N/ Q& k! I) R
特别是拿来做种。。。。。
