All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting % v. P: a7 o( A& T# v! }TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。that's why I say should be the problem with KL Streamyx or BT
Bitcomet currently >10KB/sec , before wed it was 100-110KB/sectvboxnow.com4 t7 s. k7 i* ]! }6 ]
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb; E& W* s" a6 X$ H+ P, z
Currently use xunlei, better than bitcomet, now i can get speed around 50-70KB/sec, better than nothing
