All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the settingtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 D+ D& R" k+ y3 x4 R3 B
that's why I say should be the problem with KL Streamyx or BT

Currently use xunlei, better than bitcomet, now i can get speed around 50-70KB/sec, better than nothing

if tmnet block p2p , use xunlei also same what.. any software that support p2p should be affected...
