BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
: [3 _1 L% [- Q: ?% i2 v7 [tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2 l0 ^' w4 z% A9 d% o+ b2 D( Q3 B
4) The version , you have is not good.
3 n# d( E4 Z  B1 g+ m  y, G: GUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
' ?2 {5 \6 \. e& J* i0 RI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. tvboxnow.com- o) P( }- w& b4 |. k

. g' d: K1 ?9 I6 u4 v8 KTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
