BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇0 L- D+ l0 q9 z
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
7 \0 J8 n' S7 p4 t1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇/ C2 X$ G- i  H, Q# N4 c

4 W6 v) m& x3 V9 k% R7 F$ }TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
