BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，3 J: v1 c2 ?; l

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes./ {' q$ c9 M6 ^6 H7 W9 q* l
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.& I( h  y* |% X+ N/ I4 }
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

4) The version , you have is not good.

I'm currently having the same problem.
5 u+ e+ H* K5 [) N% YTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. # t- ^0 V' S7 `8 g$ e# \

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
