BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。$ i6 K1 w% C7 ?0 ?9 ]
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
2 C- l! D5 A* Y2 l3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
3 M& V# V6 ^# K公仔箱論壇4) The version , you have is not good.3 H8 `8 T# x- U; H; D% x2 z
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
% t4 ^5 |% ]* S. stvboxnow.comI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

2 _( E5 g3 ~6 ^5 G/ D$ n( VTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
