i use winxp is real very fast my friend behind me same too

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s8 A$ w8 n4 J# t6 p0 W1 Y
i have a quick download rate for non bt file; n% b2 f3 Y: i/ F# a) g& I% p2 J
does my isp block p2p????

its downloading and uploading the file to else
