Not so sure, but I notice that the download had been increase a bit lately.  W# |7 ?. m0 @0 M
However, I currently encounter slow download for the seeds download form tvbnow website.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4 G8 r! T, p2 K  m# l$ b" R( B
