any idea why BT always drop line

I have Bitcomet 0.70, I have no problem with it, but after I download and run the Spyware Doctor.  My BT drop line like crazy. It always drop to 0 Kb/s for all of them. and the speed is very slow, even the upload speed is much lower than I set. b4 is always top of the limit which is 50 Kb/s. now is only 10 to 20. 公仔箱論壇3 [) E, ]( T( i% g7 v8 D
Should I unistall the Spyware Doctor. (I didn't ture it on guard.)
