Onion Router

Hi, has anyone heard of Onion Router that works as peer guardian but more effective. Even the Hong Kong Custom can't track your IP address. Can anyone explain it to me how it works? I was instructed to configure the tor, vidalia, and provoxy together. I have installed all three softwares but not sure if they are running properly.公仔箱論壇  j& _' o( q# {

u will pass to the desination via random path made by tor.公仔箱論壇9 R# T) ~  v7 P) I
exit policy make u arrive the destination showing only the exit server's ip

Thx BlueChowChow, but how do  i know if it is working properly? Unlike peer guardian2, it doesn't show which web address it is blocking. Plus it sounds very complicated in the instruction.
