Those photos are showing the winter times of New Zealand south island. It is cold in the time mountains caped with ice and some wild ducks playing on the water. White is the obvious color because of snow,not until spring beautiful young leaves can be seen.

Mmm..let me put it this way, not that is not beautiful but all I see is blue colour of the sea and the sky. If my memory didn't fail me, there's nothing vivid in visual, only an occean of blue and the sky blue infinity. Absolutely, slow, lazy, boring nothing much happening, nothing much to work on really. Is the pictures or my eyes, ain't sure, just like stone cold and point blank. Even for retirement, think the pace of life is a little ...mmmm% \/ @/ C- n2 ]! e- A
