◆簡　　介：

   隨著CBS引進加拿大CTV電視台Flashpoint的成功，ABC也與加拿大合作推出暑期檔新劇Rookie Blue。這也是ABC在女性為主的警察題材電視劇上的又一次嘗試。該劇將目光投向五個剛剛從警察學院畢業的年輕人－－他們有活力，充滿抱負，渴望能在工作崗位上大展拳腳。然而一切會像他們想像的那樣順利嗎？從穿上警服的第一天開始，這群「菜鳥警察」便一頭栽進了處處充滿危險的世界。在這個世界裡，哪怕是最細微的失誤，都可能造成最不幸的結果。傷心、悲痛、憤怒、無助、徬徨……這些更是他們每天都必鬚麵對的東西。

   26歲的完美主義者Andy McNally（Missy Peregrym扮演）是這群年輕人的「精神領袖」。由於自己曾經在工作中犯過一次錯誤，Andy這一輩子都不肯原諒自己。她不停告誡自己：要當一個「好警察」。她的父親也曾是一個警察，但卻不是好警察，也不是好父親。 Andy覺得自己除了當警察之外，再也找不到這種「團結、忠誠加興奮」的感覺－－在這裡，有她的男友、最好的朋友和導師，也有她的競爭對手。

   該劇將跟隨Andy和朋友們的一舉一動，去探索年輕警察所經歷的考驗、所面臨的競爭，還有他們成功的喜悅和失敗的憂傷。學校裡學到的東西是一回事，在社會上摸爬滾打是另一回事，生活裡有些東西是永遠無法從書本上學來的－－這便是該劇給觀眾的啟示。
