Hello ChowOld, these are price per kilogram, around 2.2lb. $11.9 per kilo for snapper is a very good price, Salmon is even dearer. And you can't buy fish from a tank (except when the tank is filled with ice.

I dont eat crab in shell, especially chilli crab that's so famous here in Sin/Malaysia. Too messy for me.
Maryland crabcake is good, but too much will give me allergy.
