有一些..因為網路地域問題..tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- c. E% G# e& B2 G) Z. Q, f% u
想快點也不能..
有一些..可能是機私setting 問題..8 `4 U0 c$ Z! Z. C( `( a

I use cable instead of WIFI, and the upload rate put it down to 30.Now this is faster and more steady.

上传大概开网路速度的80%
因为BT是你用多少，就要传多少

你先去测速吧。看看你的连接速度是否正常。如果正常就是setting问题。
