I believe it is called Suspension.  This is one kind of performance arts and some people use this technique for medication purpose as well.  Although I am not really into this kind of arts, I can appreciate that this involves in-depth understanding in human anatomy and involves great calculation of how many hooks can lift a body and where is the heavy set of skin which can withstands the weight.  It sure is painful but sometimes I have to admire the difficulties !
