Method:
( m2 @, A7 q% g) M" d  W01. Bring to boil half a wok of water and add in salt, sugar and oilfrom Ingredients A. Dip the broccoli into the boiling water until it iscooked. Drain and set aside.

Stir to mix the mixture,add in glutens and boil for 3 minutes. Thicken with potato blended withwater, stir the mixture rapidly.
