01. Bring to boil half a wok of water and add in salt, sugar and oilfrom Ingredients A. Dip the broccoli into the boiling water until it iscooked. Drain and set aside.

Remove the vegetarian crispy chicken,glutens and place them on a serving plate. Set aside the thickenedgravy.
