蝦仁3只(去殻,去腸),蒜末少許,奶油白醬2湯匙,馬茲瑞拉芝士30克。

- N. p1 W2 Z% H奶油1茶匙,低筋麵粉1茶匙,牛奶1/2杯,胡椒粉少許,鹽少許

2. 注入牛奶,再用打蛋器不停攪拌至無顆粒狀。
