一場不幸的車禍，讓張曉（劉詩詩飾）夢見自己與「四爺」曾經的刻骨銘心之戀。醒來時，夢中碎片般的情景始終無法讓她釋懷。一次偶遇，張曉遇見夢中的「四爺」，發現他原來是震天集團董事長康震天的繼子殷正（吳奇隆飾）。為了弄清他和「四爺」的關係，張曉追蹤至震天集團應聘做設計師。然而造物弄人，就在謎底即將揭開之時意外發生了，失去記憶的張曉和殷正成為陌路人……
在震天集團，張曉遇到了恩威並重的康震天（劉松仁飾）、與自己長得一模一樣的名模藍蘭（劉詩詩分飾）、不被身份束縛的富二代康司宇（蔣勁夫飾），以及對手公司中一位風度儒雅的競敵康司瀚（孫藝洲飾），他們在亂打亂撞間悄然闖進張曉那看似平靜的生活。原來殷正、司瀚、司宇都是震天集團繼承人的候選，張曉莫名的捲入了一場家族之爭！而背景神秘的藍蘭，與張曉仿佛也有千絲萬縷的關係。究竟這一切是巧合，還是另有答案……
當愛在張曉和司瀚之間萌芽，司瀚的前女友孟心怡海外歸來，這段痛苦的三角關係，導致心怡在一場意外中離逝，司瀚和張曉皆無法原諒自己。心怡的死對張曉打擊很大，殷正伴她度過最低落的日子。殷正外表冷漠，其實內心細膩，兩人情愫漸生。張曉終於找回失去的記憶，方知殷正就是自己夢中苦戀的愛人。
但這一切都讓不幸被綁架、困在匪窩裏受盡折磨的司瀚得悉，他感到自己的善良和隱忍是個大笑話，愛情、親情都殘酷的背叛了他。在神秘女子馬伊諾（劉心悠飾）的幫助下，司瀚得以逃脫，他無法面對被瓦解的世界，決心回北京奪回失去的一切！
真相總會一點一滴冒出，張曉做夢也沒想到心怡的死竟與殷正有關，美好的生活再次被打碎。伊諾的出現，讓一切變得更複雜。一切已經面目全非，執迷不悟的追尋結果只會讓自己發現更多的瘡疤，張曉選擇離開北京，一直默默守護在她身邊的司宇終在雲南找到張曉。及後，震天病危，張曉跟隨司宇回北京，合力化解殷正與司瀚之間的仇恨……
