【內容簡介】：

   根據Jeff Lindsay的小說"Darkly Dreaming Dexter"改編，講述了一名奇男子Dexter Morgan的故事。他從小飽受虐待和折磨，一位邁阿密警察收養了他。如今他也成為了邁阿密警局一名成功的法醫。但由於自小的經歷改變了他的內在，使他的殺人慾望越來越強並一發不可收拾。他無法抑制這種慾望，但卻可以改變發洩的方法。所以他白天是個成功的警局法醫，到了晚上就成了追捕逃脫法律正義罪犯的嗜血判官……

   第三季的Dexter擺脫了James Doakes咄咄逼人的跟踪追捕，終於迎來了生命中燦爛的季節。與Rita順利發展的感情，與Rita孩子們融洽的氣氛，以及與警察同僚們友好的關係

   不再懷疑自己，他再次拿起刀，扮演著邁阿密嗜血判官的角色。然而，一次偶然的機會，Dexter錯手誤殺了一個素未謀面的陌生人，並不慎把剛補好的牙齒留在犯罪現場，這再次對他的準則產生了極大的考驗。他能否順利化險為夷?在第三季中他又將面臨何種困境，他的對手又會是誰?

Michael C. Hall 飾 Dexter Morgan

Michael C. Hall不費吹灰之力就從《Six Feet Under六尺之下》中精神緊張的殯葬承辦人變成了《DEXTER嗜血法醫》裡邁阿密血跡鑑定專家及冷酷的連環殺手，然而角色的轉換並沒有改變他在劇中傳遞的人性的光輝及睿智的頭腦。去年憑藉在《嗜血法醫》中的出色演出，Hall囊括了從熒幕演員工會獎到金球獎的“劇情類最佳男主角”提名。此外，有著深厚舞台劇演繹功底的他在HBO的奠基之作《六尺之下》中的David Fisher一角深入人心，在該片播映的五年中，Hall獲得了包括“艾美獎劇情類最佳男主角”、“澳大利亞電影學會影帝”等提名，該片劇組更在2002年到2005年均獲得了美國演員工會獎“劇情類最佳劇組”提名，並在2003到2004年度獲此殊榮。

Julie Benz 飾 Rita Bennett

Julie Benz最為觀眾所熟知的角色是《Buffy The Vampire Slayer吸血鬼獵人巴菲》中的Darla，在2006年，她憑藉《嗜血法醫》裡溫柔、善解人意的Rita一角，不僅感化了Dexter，更獲得了當年的金衛星獎。她的最新作品是在《John Rambo第一滴血4》中與Sylvester
Stallone演對手戲。電視電影方面，她出演過《The Long ShotT》、《Taken》以及獲獎影片《Lackawanna Blues》，此外，她客串過《NCIS》、《King Of Queens》、《Supernatural》及《CSI: Miami》等電視劇。

大銀幕作品中，Benz與Jack Nicholson合作出演了《As Good As It Gets盡善盡美》，在《George Of The Jungle 2森林泰山2》中飾演Ursula一角。最近她正在拍攝《The Brothers》與獨立影片《Kill Your Darlings》。

David Zayas 飾 Angel Batista

James Remar 飾 Harry Morgan

Vincent Masuka 飾 C.S. Lee

CS Lee在華盛頓州長大，就讀高中期間就開始拍戲，因此獲得了康沃爾藝術學院的全額獎學金並在那裡獲得他的學士學位。畢業之後，他繼續到耶魯大學的戲劇學院進修，在取得碩士學位的同時還贏得了“Carol Dye表演大獎”。此後，他定居紐約並度過了8年的舞台劇生涯，與一大批藝術家如Mac Wellman、Sung Rno、Mia Katigbak等均有過合作。他還在電視劇《Law & Order》、《Law & Order: Criminal Intent》、《Spin City》中有客串演出。
