做人要食腦，做喪屍都要「食腦」！廢青余陽光驚覺身體有異，失常跑到殮房，在好友法醫實習生古德明和道士華倫面前，吃下血淋淋的人腦！從此，陽光進食其他人腦袋就會擁有其記憶及技能。一日，陽光餓得想吃掉麻雀館千金莫笑春的腦袋，二人不打不相識。陽光成為食腦喪屍後，透過他人腦袋體驗各種精彩人生，歷練下終有所覺悟，決意守護家傳火鍋店。此時，叔公余果在陽光身邊神出鬼沒，更掀出余家的秘密，而一場喪屍災難亦已迫在眉睫……
