有兩匹馬參加騎術比賽，但比賽規則是以最遲到達終點的馬匹而勝出，所以騎師們為了勝利都不肯跑第一，要怎樣才能使騎師們落力比賽呢？

Allow them to whip the other horse (Not their own horse). 5 S- `( m: O1 L
If one jockey whip harder, the other horse will run faster to the Finish Point.
