每集分別有不同環節; 每周揀選最熱門時事及娛樂話題，以玄學角度剖析事件背後鮮為人知的秘密，揭示話題人物的流年運程。從家居、辦公室以至日常用品，由內到外助觀眾改運及如何利用風水佈局催旺事業、桃花、財運及健康。如何以面相及掌相能觀人於微呢? 蘇師傅都一一教授。

每集還會邀請不同的星級嘉賓，研究討論娛樂圈及各行各業與風水命運之關係。
