Amazing!  I am not talking about the bird, but is talking about the photographer.  How long spending on the preparation before taking the picture.  In addition, it is involved legal issue.  Not matter how, the pictures are being taken really good, good timing and angle.  It is wonderful to take the first one located at above water, and then taking the second under the water.
