To do a proper chest compression, the chest need to be compressed at least 2 inch/5cm deep, at least 100 compressions per minute, with chest recoil between compressions. However, this cannot be done on living person - risk of rib fracture!4 p( \1 \' U) Q2 Q9 l

For defibrillation, there are only 2 indiciations - ventricular fibrillation and pulseless ventricular tachycardia. It is wrong to deliver 'shock' when there is asystole! Only chest compression and adrenaline for asystole.
