Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?
6 S6 F# b( M( X  ?% h; Jtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use 8 f% C- G. S' a% K' p
can get the best pitcure results?  Any person that can help me!!!!
