BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.$ [# {: @7 {7 a0 M

user mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?
