In France and Swiss, I tried 400+ for the bt download
0 q9 G: i: E+ `. o" ^. l$ D( h/ k4 ntvboxnow.comVienna, Austria got 200+

KL area, max is 200+ and normal speed before this week is 100+, now is only 20+
