BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.

before this my BT can download at 170~ 200++

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the settingtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' J# [1 {8 H% \" |* n4 Z) f
that's why I say should be the problem with KL Streamyx or BT
