在昨日特首答問會上，出現泛民議員集會離場，甚至掟玻璃杯的混亂情況，前海洋公園主席盛智文表示，對事件感到困惑，認為議員缺乏尊重，擔心行為會影響年青人。被問及行政立法關係是否變差，他說，政府要令市民覺得有認真聆聽民意，又以佔中行動發起的投票為例，指政府不能只說投票是違法。他認為，政府明顯與社會脫節，可以考慮在行政長官選舉的提名委員會加入學生代表和激進派，以增加認受性。
