is the turn off/restart buttons disable? or wht?

anyway, go to 'run'

type 'cmd'

type shutdown -s (turn off)
       shutdown -r (restart)

but if the buttons got disable, u better reinstall it without format, that will help u keep the files.

if no, i think u r infected by virus
