ppstream问题

我的pps出现毛病了，速度超慢直到看不到，之前是很顺畅，我是在想是不是上行速度和下行速度有问题，因为上行速度0kbps, 下行速度不超过200kbps. 或许中了病毒，需不需要format. 请大家帮帮忙 ？？？
