Let me answer your question even though I have no idea what you trying to ask....

1) is Nikon D7100 worth to buy?
Yes, Nikon specially designed its 24 magapixel DX-format CMOS sensor, high speed shooting with flawless metering and autofocus, 6 frame per second continuously and use 51 focus points, perfect camera for people who can't afford those high-end like D800.

2)which lens is most suitable?
Well, it depend what are you gonna shoot, different lens for different purpose, it also depend on your budget too, if you want to use 1 lens for everything then I suggest you to get Nikon 18-300mm f/3.5, it cover it all.

Its a good camera,
Its got lots of auto programmed settings to fit all kinds of situations.
(way too many! and will take times to learn for beginners.)

If you want good sharp pictures,
you really need to manual set, and shoot with RAW.
Good lens is a must.

D7100 is the best APS-C camera from Nikon.
Advanced Photo System type-C (APS-C) is an image sensor format approximately equivalent in size to the Advanced Photo System "classic" size negatives. These negatives were 25.1 × 16.7 mm and had an aspect ratio 3:2.
Personally I'll say it worth to buy. It have all the feature you need except the sensor size. ( If you are not lookng for the FX full size sensor)
And this model don't use the low pass filter for the sensor.(same as D800e). The pictures will be sharper than the other.
For the lens, I'll recommand to buy the 18-300mm to start with. All other lense you can choose when you need it.
