迅雷的下载速度

我用迅雷下载1G的戏。可是速度很慢。一直都没有超过20kbps的。tvboxnow.com  {( U/ Y1 l" i; E. |8 V. s
但是我发现有一小段时间，下载速度突然飙升到>100kbps。只是维持数10分钟就恢复原本的下载速度了。tvboxnow.com: o! h: k$ |5 S) P  t
有哪位高手可以告诉我为什么吗？？

从上2个星期开始速度慢到。。。要死！
8 W0 S. I* p5 t$ ~两个星期前下载速度还好好的，平均40KB上下。但是现在不到3KB的！！！

is streamyx block p2p ,i call aready ,he say is block because hong kong some campany compain..
