Traditional way of making noodle is impossible in Toronto.
' _2 C7 J& d# R雲吞 is easy, only shrimp and porks.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb( `& H' {1 A# Q- ?8 l+ P3 j
Broth is hard , they all try to cut corner. Where is the taste, they should use pork bone/chicken bone, dried fish ,shrimp shell and young chive etc. Buy they used MSG instead.
