Download and install haali/matroska splitter. Play the video and you should see a white icon on taskbar near the clock, right click it and change to the audio you want.

If you don't see the white icon then download MPC-HC(a video player), open the program -> option -> internal filter -> right side uncheck matroska then apply/ok. Then play the video with MPC-HC and the white icon should be there.
