BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5 W: X& i1 E1 N
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
( c7 Q0 k6 R  [3 L公仔箱論壇1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvboxnow.com- l& K6 T# U# D" b
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
$ _2 R0 I+ L! ~tvboxnow.comI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 u: L! `2 h0 L0 x. Q

) h. K& z' Y1 c0 E; f# lTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
