[HELP] How to record Audio in PC ?

I tried serching and serching and i found no one.

*Example :
I want to recored some MUSIC or any AUDIO while I am playing. [Such as : Recording BGM of some MOVIE, GAMES] Without any other external resources [Such as : Microphone]

I am just seeking for the software that able to do this things.
