| If your service provider is using the sharing cable system, your download speed will be based on how many customers are on the internet at the same time. More customers - slower it goes. If it happened that was a sudden decrease of customers sharing and the download speed would be jacked up. Avoid peak period might help to increase speed. Otherwise, check around for better service provider for better speed. |
