I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morningtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 s' W/ ~* R8 P8 f4 _* q
Streamyx combo 5 packages 4.0Mbps

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s

but mainly there is a very limit uploading speed for thunder user
