When shop in Taipei, they dont provide plastic bag.  Cost 1 - 3 NT depends on the size and thickness of bag.  Like supermarket, Ikea, have to pay..
5 a8 r$ V6 D; g/ qHawkers, foodstores, and wet market not in this limitation.
