why can't I combines files in WINRAR

I downloaded Part 1 in a link, then Part 2 in another link; they both use WINRAR, when I want to 解壓, they can't be dragged to 桌面, why?

two files' name have to the same.
e.g. avatar.part1
avatar.part2
